THE DAILY BUGLE ~ Marvel News and Previews Thread - Cameron Samurai - 04-07-2019 For those who just want the news on their favourite corners of the Marvel Universe RE: THE DAILY BUGLE ~ Marvel News and Previews Thread - Digifiend - 04-09-2019 July solicits for House of X, Powers of X, Loki, Punisher: Kill Krew, Guardians of the Galaxy and Fantastic Four: https://www.newsarama.com/44675-the-death-of-rocket-raccoon-foretold-in-marvel-comics-july-2019-solicitation-previews.html The first four are issue 1s. RE: THE DAILY BUGLE ~ Marvel News and Previews Thread - GoldAnyRanger - 04-09-2019 Disney should really take a page from Warner's playbook and turn Marvel Unlimited into something like DC Universe, They have plenty of programming possibilities. Cartoons: Spider-Man (60s, 80s, Amazing Friends. 90s, Unlimited, Spectacular, Ultimate, current series) Fantastic Four (60, 70s, 90s, 2000s.) Incredible Hulk (60s, 80s, 90s, Agents of SMASH) X-Men (Pryde of the X-Men, TAS, Evolution, Wolverine and the) Iron Man (60s, 90s, Armored Adventures) Avengers (United We Stand, Earth's Mightiest Heroes, Assemble) Captain America Thor Sub-Mariner Spider-Woman Super Hero Squad Mature Animated Content: Black Panther Marvel Anime (Wolverine, Blade, Iron Man, X-Men) Direct to Video animated movies Live Action Movies: Spider-Man (TV movies, Raimi trilogy, Amazing duology, if Sony allows the last two) Captain America (TV Movies, 90s) Incredible Hulk (TV movies) Fantastic Four (Roger Corman, 2005, Rise of the Silver Surfer, Fat4stic) Howard the Duck Punisher (80s, 2000s, War Zone) Man-Thing Blade trilogy X-Men saga Ghost Rider duology Ang Lee's Hulk Generation X TV Movie Nick Fury TV Movie And of course. the MCU. Live Action series: Amazing Spider-Man The Incredible Hulk Agents of SHIELD Agent Carter Daredevil Jessica Jones Luke Cage Iron Fist The Defenders The Punisher The Gifted Legion That would be more than enough than enough video content for a standalone Marvel service. Plus the comics already on Marvel Umlimited, and it would give DC Universe a run for it's money. RE: THE DAILY BUGLE ~ Marvel News and Previews Thread - Digifiend - 04-10-2019 The Netflix shows are embargoed. Can't appear elsewhere. Not for a while anyway. They probably can't use the 2003 Hulk movie either - it's distribution rights belong to Universal. However, they could include Runaways, and Cloak and Dagger. You also forgot the Marvel Rising animations, the MTV Spider-Man CG cartoon from around the time of the first movie, and the two recent animes (which apparently are dubbed but haven't had US or UK releases), Avengers Disk Wars and Future Avengers. They'd also be able to include the tokusatsu Spider-Man, it's been on marvel.com before. Mark Waid is writing an Invisible Woman mini-series. It's Sue's first ever solo book! https://www.newsarama.com/44694-invisible-woman-reunites-with-mark-waid-for-new-title.html RE: THE DAILY BUGLE ~ Marvel News and Previews Thread - Comic Genesis - 04-14-2019 I'll give the book a shot:} RE: THE DAILY BUGLE ~ Marvel News and Previews Thread - Cameron Samurai - 04-18-2019 July 2019 solicitations https://www.newsarama.com/44826-marvel-comics-july-2019-solicitations.html RE: THE DAILY BUGLE ~ Marvel News and Previews Thread - Quake - 04-18-2019 So Marvel's really not doing anything for the 15th anniversary of Quake's first appearance? ![]() RE: THE DAILY BUGLE ~ Marvel News and Previews Thread - GoldAnyRanger - 04-18-2019 (04-18-2019, 01:34 PM)Cameron Samurai Wrote: July 2019 solicitations An Omnibus edition of the original, 36 years out of date, Official Handbook to the Marvel Universe? I've got the Marvel Essentials collected edition, which was nowhere close to $75. But what we really need is an updated version. Not one-shots like we've gotten over that past decade or so, but a maxi-series, like The Deluxe Edition. At least 26 issues for the living, 3 or 4 for the deceased, and two issues just on technology, equipment, bases of operations and vehicles. RE: THE DAILY BUGLE ~ Marvel News and Previews Thread - Comic Genesis - 04-18-2019 A Valkyrie comic sounds promising, but why put Jane Foster in the role of yet another Marvel Asgardian? Are they going to tear down Brunhilde like they did when Jane was Thor?
